BIO SCAN機能は、AppleのTrueDepth APIを通じて、前面カメラ画像、フレームごとの深度情報、ARKitが生成する一時的な顔メッシュ形状（頂点座標と三角形構造）、顔が追跡されているかを示す状態、および深度情報を利用した3D人体形状の検出結果を端末内で処理します。人体形状の結果は、検出の有無だけに変換して使用します。本アプリはFace IDの登録データへアクセスせず、顔データによる個人の識別、本人確認、認証を行いません。

これらの情報は、エンターテインメント機能であるBIO SCANにおいて、前面カメラのライブプレビュー、顔のワイヤーフレーム、顔および3D人体形状の検出状態をリアルタイム表示する目的だけに使用します。広告、分析、ユーザーのプロファイリング、機械学習モデルの訓練には使用しません。

顔・TrueDepthデータは端末上の一時メモリだけで処理されます。カメラフレームは次のフレームへ更新されると解放され、顔メッシュと検出状態は更新、検出終了、BIO SCAN画面からの退出、またはアプリ終了により破棄されます。アプリのファイル、データベース、UserDefaults、iCloudへ顔・TrueDepthデータや検出履歴を保存しません。保存される設定は、顔検出機能のオン／オフだけであり、顔データを含みません。

顔・TrueDepthデータを開発者のサーバーまたは第三者へ送信、開示、共有、販売しません。ARKitおよびVisionによる解析は端末内で実行されます。

ユーザーが明示的にSNAPSHOTまたはRECORDを操作した場合に限り、前面カメラ映像や顔メッシュを含むことがあるアプリ画面が、静止画または動画としてユーザーの写真ライブラリへ保存されます。アプリがこれらを自動的にアップロードまたは共有することはありません。画面録画用の一時MP4ファイルは写真ライブラリへの保存処理後に削除されます。保存した項目の保持と削除は、ユーザーが写真アプリで管理します。

The BIO SCAN feature processes the following information on the device through Apple’s TrueDepth API: front-camera images, per-frame depth information, temporary face-mesh geometry generated by ARKit (vertex coordinates and triangle topology), a status indicating whether a face is being tracked, and depth-assisted 3D human-body-shape detection results. The body-shape result is reduced to a detected/not-detected status. The app does not access Face ID enrollment data and does not use face data to identify, verify, or authenticate any person.

This information is used only to provide the real-time front-camera preview, face wireframe, and face and 3D human-shape detection indicators in BIO SCAN, an entertainment feature. It is not used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, or training machine-learning models.

Face and TrueDepth data is processed only in temporary memory on the device. Camera frames are released as subsequent frames replace them. Face-mesh and detection state is discarded when it is updated, detection ends, the user leaves BIO SCAN, or the app terminates. The app does not store face or TrueDepth data or detection history in app files, databases, UserDefaults, or iCloud. The only persisted related preference is whether face detection is enabled; that preference contains no face data.

Face and TrueDepth data is not transmitted, disclosed, shared, or sold to the developer’s server or any third party. Processing by ARKit and Vision occurs on the device.

Only when the user explicitly activates SNAPSHOT or RECORD, the displayed app screen—which may include the front-camera image or face mesh—is saved as a photo or video to the user’s Photos library. The app does not automatically upload or share it. A temporary MP4 used for screen recording is deleted after the save attempt. The user controls retention and deletion of saved items in the Photos app.

一部の機能では、Appleまたは第三者が提供するサービスへの通信が発生する場合があります。

• 気象情報の取得にはOpen-Meteoのみを使用し、取得時に現在地の座標を同サービスへ送信します。
• iOSのバージョン、言語、端末、システム状態によっては、音声認識にAppleのネットワークサービスが使用される場合があります。
• 地図等のAppleサービスは、Appleの仕組みに従って通信する場合があります。

これらの通信は各機能の提供に必要な範囲で行われ、開発者のサーバーを経由しません。各外部サービスにおける情報の取り扱いには、その提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

Some features may communicate with services provided by Apple or third parties.

• Open-Meteo is the only weather data service used. Location coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo when weather data is requested.
• Depending on the iOS version, language, device, and system conditions, Apple’s network service may be used for speech recognition.
• Apple services such as maps may communicate according to Apple’s service operation.

These communications occur only as needed to provide the relevant feature and do not pass through a server operated by the developer. Information handled by an external service is subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
