個人開発アプリEXCORDERの利用条件について説明します。
These terms explain the conditions for using the independently developed EXCORDER app.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、EXCORDER — Extended Sensing for iPhone（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
本アプリは、iPhoneのカメラ、LiDAR、位置情報、コンパス、気圧計、加速度センサー、ジャイロ、マイク等から得られる情報を可視化し、観察・参考用途の測定・解析表示を提供する買い切り型iOSアプリです。

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of EXCORDER — Extended Sensing for iPhone (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a one-time-purchase iOS app that visualizes information from iPhone hardware—including the camera, LiDAR, location services, compass, barometer, accelerometer, gyroscope, and microphone—and provides measurement and analysis displays for observational and reference purposes.

本アプリはApp Storeでの1回限りの購入により提供され、本アプリ自体を利用するための定期購読はありません。購入、再ダウンロード、ファミリー共有、返金その他の取引には、AppleおよびApp Storeの条件が適用されます。
本規約を遵守することを条件に、購入者には、Appleの利用規則に従い本アプリを使用する、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能かつ再許諾不能の権利が付与されます。本アプリは、個人用途に加えて、業務上の参考・観察用途にも使用できます。ただし、安全上重要な判断や専門的な計測機器の代替には使用できません。本アプリまたはその所有権が販売・譲渡されるものではありません。

The App is offered through the App Store as a one-time purchase and does not require a recurring subscription to use the App itself. Purchases, re-downloads, Family Sharing, refunds, and other transactions are subject to Apple’s and the App Store’s terms.
Subject to these Terms, purchasers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the App in accordance with Apple’s usage rules. The App may be used for personal purposes and for reference or observational purposes in a professional or business setting. It must not be used for safety-critical decisions or as a substitute for professional measuring equipment. The App and ownership of it are licensed, not sold or transferred.

You are responsible for checking your surroundings and safety and for using the App in compliance with applicable laws, facility rules, and third-party rights. Do not use the App while driving, performing hazardous work, or in any situation where interacting with a screen could create danger.
You must not misuse the App, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights, bypass security features, or—except where applicable law permits—reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or resell the App.

Some App features may depend on Apple, Open-Meteo, or other external services. The developer does not control or guarantee the availability, quality, continuity, modification, or discontinuation of those services. Each provider’s terms may apply to your use of its service.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and official website—including their software, design, interfaces, text, images, logos, and other content—belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Except for the limited license expressly granted above, these Terms do not transfer any such rights to you.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability on any particular device, data retention, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the App, reliance on its output, loss of data, or external services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from the developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

These Terms may be revised to reflect changes to the App, its availability, applicable laws, or other circumstances. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where practicable. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, your continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
